Turku BioImaging has an OMERO server running for research use, and possibilities are currently being explored to expand that also into teaching use. Our collaborators in Dundee have set up a version of OMERO for teaching purposes, and together with them and our collaborators in Finland we are looking into if something similar could be set up in Turku. OMERO is an open source system dedicated for managing, sharing and analyzing image data.
