Short Term Scientific Mission grants available for Image Analysis

Network for European BioImage Analysts (NEUBIAS) is now calling for applicants for short term scientific missions. The purpose of these missions is to development of image analysis technology and knowledge transfer in the field of Life Sciences.

Short Term Scientific Missions strategically contribute to maximize image-based research by enabling collaborations on innovative image analysis methods, access to big data analysis technology, image analysis tools for scientists and knowledge transfer to support careers and regional development. These Missions are aimed at supporting individual mobility of Early Career Investigators and Experienced BioImage Analysts to strengthen the existing network and fostering collaboration.

A Short Term Scientific Mission (STSM) The STSMs duration is minimum one week (5 working days) and maximum 90 days. The grant covers travel and subsistence costs, but may not necessarily cover all expenses.

STSMs will be offered on a continuous call throughout the duration of the COST Action CA15124 (NEUBIAS), from July 2016 until April 2020.
