The second BioImage Informatics Finland network (Biif) symposium will be held online on Friday 27th of August 12-16. This year we have a fascinating program

  • Ilya Belevich (UH) – User-friendly and open-source software for training of deep learning networks for biological-image segmentation
  • Kaisa Liimatainen (TAU) – 3D image data analysis with self-supervised deep learning and virtual reality visualizations
