Open Vacancies in the Fields of Drug development, Diagnostics and Imaging

University of Turku has opened five vacancies in the fields of Drug development, Diagnostics and Imaging

There are now five open positions for Assistant Professors in the Faculty of Medicine. The research work is expected to reinforce the Faculty’s Profile Areas in Research: Drug development, Diagnostics and Imaging and is funded from the Finnish Academy Profi-2 funding.

The thematic collaboration in drug development and diagnostics is based on strong research in medicine, molecular biosciences as well as in chemistry, biochemistry and biotechnology. Examples of the research fields and areas are bioimaging, biobank activities, cancer research and diagnostics. The research collaboration is a joint initiative with Åbo Akademi University.
